Even after 15 months after the formation of NACIL, technical delays like common sales platform will delay the merger for another 12 months. This will also hurt NACIL tie-up with Star-Alliance to achieve benefits. However, HR integration is underway from top level. Being a public sector, the corporation cannot do like what Jet Airways did.  Rationalization of HR will done,  after taking into account of revenue earned from its various dept like ground handling.
